Our Mission
The satellite industry has become highly dynamic
and is currently in the midst of great change.
Significant developments in satellite technology
in the past years have given rise to new satellite
systems, satellite platforms, and satellite-based
applications and services.
These technological developments will continue
well into the next years, which should create
even more services and application developments
that tap a broader base of customers.
In this respect, the aim of 4C Satellites is
to study, develop, design, build, launch and operate
small satellites for research, Earth observation
and surveillance in selected markets within Middle
East, Asia Pacific, Africa and Latin America.
Our capabilities cover from the mission definition
to the launch of the spacecraft.
Development and design use state of the art
techniques and methodologies in cooperation with
the research partner Politecnico di Torino, and
several faculties of different Departments.
Manufacturing, assembling and testing of the
satellite are carried out at our own facility
in Verres, Aosta, Italy. Here we also operate
a mission control center and a ground station
for satellites in polar orbit.
